You need to keep in mind things like channel bandwidth, auto vs n only (or AC for 5.0 band) or bgn mixed, channel you are on, auto vs a non-congested channel, the adapter - so seeing if your wifi card on your pc is atheros, broadcom, intel or some other brand etc, the brand of wifi radio in the router, what driver IT is on. Wifi performance, range, compatibility is such a mixed bag there is no good answer, It's really what works for YOU. Overall it looks like kind of internal minidlna buffering issue. Connecting TV to the main router instead of R7000 also results in the stable minidlna streaming.
